Ox-bow School of Art was a residency where I had the opportunity to experiment with different materials and processes. The residency had printmaking and sewing equipment I was able to utilize. I visited thrift stores near the residency and collected fabrics that I used to make the pieces shown below.
During the residency, I met several incredible artists and writers, including Chelsea A. Flowers, Woomin Kim, Rachel Uwada Clifford, Kosiso Ugweze, Paloma Izquierdo and Allison Malinsky.
